Since 2016, Reiter has been supporting Konica Minolta with ongoing public relations activities. Over the years, the communication mix has been refined and includes press releases, proactive topic pitching in trade media, advertorials, media coverage of events, as well as continuous strategic communications consulting and media monitoring.


Challenge & Objective

Over its 150-year history, Konica Minolta has continually reinvented and redefined itself. Today, a strategic focus lies on managed services. Building on its core business of printing and copying, the globally operating company has also expanded into cloud environments to support location- and device-independent collaboration on documents.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Austria approached us with the objective of raising its public profile in Austria as a service provider. Our media work focuses on highlighting the company’s expertise and offerings in the areas of mobile working, cybersecurity, and production printing.


Strategy & Implementation

Our work focuses on positioning and increasing awareness of Konica Minolta as a provider of IT solutions and intelligent printing solutions. Through targeted press releases, guest commentaries, and expert participation in panel discussions, we have further established Konica Minolta in the media as a competent player and innovator in its field. In addition, we regularly initiate interviews with Joerg Hartmann, Managing Director of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Germany and Austria.

Reiter has been supporting Konica Minolta continuously since 2016, ensuring ongoing editorial presence in both print and electronic media in Austria, and partly also in Germany. The collaboration is professional and well-practiced, yet personal and tailored to our company.

Outcome

Since the beginning of our collaboration, we have been able to significantly increase Konica Minolta’s media presence as a market-leading, reliable partner in the field of information technology. A diverse mix of around 30 press releases per year, regular interviews, and complementary content marketing has contributed positively to Konica Minolta’s reputation in Austria.
